We also represent clients in disputes over breaches of employment agreements, executive compensation, fiduciary responsibilities, and retaliatory discharge claims, among others.  

Our clients generally include C-suite and other executives, although we also represent businesses.   

We actively monitor legal developments and assist clients in complying with new legislation and regulations.
